Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and Digital Infinity Group LLC ("we", "us"), and govern your use of Saymeter.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Our service starts as soon as you pay, so before checkout we ask you to confirm:

"I want access to start now and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once it starts."

We keep a record of that confirmation (when, from which country, and for what). Stripe sells to you as merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
